A free webinar with Miriam Akhtar and Chris Johnstone introducing practical strategies from Positive Psychology to help us move on from a year of pandemic and build foundations for a better year ahead. We’ll introduce the Positive Psychology approach, and describe how its foundations are applied in the practices we can engage in on a daily basis to improve our lives and the lives of others.
This free webinar is part of our Positive Psychology Free Traster Online Course that starts on January 1st and runs for the month of January 2021. The course is presented as four ‘modules’, one becoming available each week starting on January 1st and each addressing a specific question, and inviting you to try out a practice linked to the question.
Our questions are:
Week 1 (from Jan 1st) – What is Positive Psychology? and how can Positive Psychology based Practices act as a foundation for a better year ahead?(introducing insights and practices that nourish wellbeing)
Week 2 (from Jan 8th) – How can I harness my strengths? (introducing strength-building insights and practices)
Week 3 (from Jan 15th) – What helps when things go wrong? (introducing resilience supporting insights and practices)
