On 3rd March 2020, Mok and his team at The Innovation Beehive were joined by around 70 HR Leaders at Google’s Academy in Central London for the launch of a cutting edge White Paper on Leading in Disrupted Times.
Little did we all know then that we were about to enter some of the biggest disruption any of us had experienced in our careers.
Leadership 4.0: New Leadership for Disruptive Times is an holistic approach to leadership which takes into account different thinking preferences, emotional intelligence, resilience, purpose and strategy.
Through research and interviews with dozens of Leaders, Mok and his team identified five key practices that leaders need to adopt to be agile and resilient in the face of uncertainty.
- Join Mok for his talk on how to:
- Lead in Head, focusing on Strategy
- Lead in Heart, focusing on Emotional Intelligence
- Lead in Health, focusing on Resilience
- Lead in Habit, focusing on making the practices sustainable in our day to day operations
- Lead in History, focusing on purpose, impact and legacy
Mok will share the practices with real-world examples to bring them to life and tools to help embed them in your practice.
