Try researching your future boss and colleagues on LinkedIn and create a deck of recommendations of goals and projects that you would like to accomplish within your first months if you were to secure the job. Not only will this strategy help you snag the interview, but it will also show the interviewer that you’ve done your research and what the position would entail.
